Cannot Create an Account

When I try to create a new account it says that I already have an account. I've never created an account before. Someone please help.

if you read the directions carefully, there is a box that you need to fill in. i'm sure you could have also found the answer by searching this forum.

Actually, we just prefer people that can do some basic work for themselves. Sarcasm's great.
