he isn't THAT young. he is 18-19 i believe. in america, that's considered an adult. actually any age i considered an adult apparently, but that's another discussion. so looks like he is going to get intercoursed by the full extent of the law.

according to hoagy, the original charge(him molesting the little girl) may be thrown out. apparently it was all made up. but when the cops showed up to his house he openly admitted to having acid and voluntarily gave up his computer to be searched. which ended up screwing him over more.
