Try using Google.
Microsoft wants you to buy Vista to use their Aero theme, they don't want XP users to get it for free, then they'd loose half the reasons why people upgrade to it.

patience over. rang dell for an upgrade to XP, guy didn't really get the upgrade bit, tried to tell me my vista problems were due to me using old software, and to upgrade my software to vista compatible versions.

eventually i got the point through and they are shipping me an XP Pro cd as an "honurable gesture"...

wow jost load xp anywhere they wont send you an upgrade...
vista is just a great failure where microsoft lost her ass... no one wants the next software microsoft 7 or something
