The textures probably aren't going to impact the speed that much (unless you have a crappy onboard video card with shared memory).  The problem with the smoke grenades is fill rate.  The *200 video cards generally have very poor fill rate.  About all you can do is lower your resolution or get a better video card.

these settings are normal in my config...just the old models but i dont like them

i changed it but there was no difference..

If you dont like the old models
"r_oldmodels 0" set them off
"r_oldmodels 1" set them on
