I hope this thread doesn't turn into 'omg poniez someone mentioned movies so I'll use this as an excuse to post my favorites'

Byz:  Battle Royale and 300 as mentioned before are really good 'action/adventures.'   Shaun of the Dead is an 'romzobcom' Romantic Zombie Comedy, that is.  However it's definitely action and adventure.  A terrible movie (with a big name cast) yet filled from head to toe with action is Smoking Aces, which resembles Lucky Number Slevin, both action-y adventures.
