Screens and Menu

One of my idiot freind has been messing with my screen size, and after that the screen is wide and small and i cannot see my menu, all i can do is type the ip adress bar in the console. I cannot see the menu at all from the beggining and from the game. so can you help me fix it

Can't see it at all, or it's really small?

If it's really small, try cl_hudscale 2.  If you can't see it at all, you might need to run the install again.

Do you know the code to put in to the console to change the screen size? to make it big again (like full screen).

This happened after i tried changing the size of my screen. Can you just give me the code on how to resize it, instead of using the menu; just the console.

Ah, after i redownloaded, all my stuff got erased and such
so can someone kindly help me with finding all my stuff back

Did you try cl_hudscale 2? I know that going over 2 tends to fsck things up pretty badly.
