I've been playing other games recently and smoke grenades have played a very important role in the strategic maneuvers. Currently our smoke grenades offer little protection for a little amount of time, and are very hard to throw, as to predict where they will fall. I propose two things:
1. We allow the ability to carry both a paint, and a smoke grenade. (Switch between the two with scroll wheel, etc.)
2. Smoke Grenades bloom slower, and stay 'alive' longer, with a larger plume. Allow the toss to bounce for less time, possibly make the grenade 'heavier'. Just make it easier to throw, or bounce more realistically. This will allow a whole new range of strategies, and possibly actually bring the use of smoke grenades into match play.
