.vrf to .wav or .mp3

i tried searching for this in google with no answers found on how to take a .vrf recording from ventrilo and convert it to a .mp3 or a .wav. if anyone knows of any converters that can do that please let me know.

This video tutorial will show you how to convert a .VRF (Ventrilo File) to MP3 format. I have included all the files you need to make this conversion. All the software that is needed to do this conversion is included in the .zip file and is free software. Please see the manufacturer’s website for any issues with their software.

i was misguided that the cord was REQUIRED from the video. Apologies for my misunderstanding and it worked thanks a ton knack. =D
