you just have your bases messed up. click on the red base entity. it probably says "team" "2" (if that is what you have selected blue to be.) if it says that change it to "1" (if thats what red is) and make sure the blue base has the right teamnumber too. also you should re-read some of the tuts (the parts that tell you about base and flag entity's) or just plain double check if something isnt working BEFORE you make a thread about it
