This is a map me and musik has been working on it is the map from the contest i had and musik was only one who did anything lol so here it is

Did you decompile Shock, and rename it?

It reminds me of shock, small and annoying BUT this one has 2 flags instead of a midflag.

You have to rotate those tiles' top surface textures 90 degrees.

This could be a good 1on1 or 2on2 map, but it needs a lot of work.

I still think that ice floor in the basement should be a different color.
Maybe add another path somehow, I'll see what I can do. GO ON XFIRE ROBBIE!!! I NEED THE .MAP FILE.

That's not too clever, you should upload it somewhere and then PM the download link to musik or whoever you want to give it. Now everyone can download the .map :P

That's just how the model is - nothing he can do about it.  If I ever get around to making a new flag model, that'll be fixed.

I've uploaded the map to the beta server.  The map had a little better gameplay than I expected.  The bottom area wasn't very useful (at least not with the exits where they are now), and sometimes acted as a pitfall for people taking the top path (I lol'd).  There's a pretty severe balance issue between players of different skill levels since some people can make the jump to the roof and others can't.  Another player and I were able to make the jump on one team, but nobody on my friend's team could, and he felt there was no way to compete with that.

The board textures need to be rotated, and the phong shading needs to be removed on around the ladder (looks good on the hills, though).  The area around the ladder should probably be a completely different texture.  Sand wouldn't hold its shape like that.

The map isnt lighted.
The low route is way too empty.

EDIT: I checked out the beta1 and in my opinion beta1 looks much better than beta2.
