Account hacking: Ambush

aight...well ambush got vlads pw off of irc when vlad forgot to put the slash (so he did msg nickserv auth vlad (pw)....

now ambush took that pw and loged into vlads account...accpected himself into our clan...and made him leader...then he demoted me from leader and bullet...eveentually getting to the point whre only fitz and beam and ambush were leaders...

then fitz logs on kicks ambush from the clan and the other guy he accpected (volex)

now, i know we know this was ambush because nick123 came on our vent server and told us that he got it and was going to take over the clan and add the name "penisman"

needless to say, the problem is resloved but there should be a ban coming ambushes way because he logged into another persons account correct?

but i believe that he shouldnt get banned because vlad left his password in the open.
In real life, if you drop your credit card, and someone steals it and uses it you. The person doesnt get banned.

But not if he gets caught or its like your mom gives you your credit card for gas. Its still against the law but you do it anyway.
