lpoking for good artist to draw avatar

I'm a horrible artist and suck ass at drawing on a computer so I am wondering if anyone can draw me an avatar within the size limits of these forums ( I forget what the limits are) I would like a picture of a person in full military combats with a rifle. This is just if anyone would like to do this
EDIT: darn ipod made me put a p instead of an o in the title
