We should take this seriously. I mean when I go paint balling there are mounted paintball guns at bare minimum. You can rent paint tanks. Sometimes paint grenade bombing runs. I mean why not just have a single player paintball campaign where you fight in WWII as well?

Real paintball and virtual are very different things...you don't strafe and double jump on real life or do you?
And I think the concept of renting tanks in paintball is stupid...people are trying to turn paintball into a war zone, and I think that is a bad idea.
If you place mounted guns there will be campers lining up for these guns causing it hard for other players to play.

Paintball has a basic formula that works. It's not trying to be stupidly realistic (like CoD), but it still has the right balance of realism to make it fun to play. I think that people should leave out the major changes, and just fix the many bugs that this game has.
