they are two brothers, Nani and Jano. Nani was in my clan but when we had match vs clan RockZ (3on3) we were 3 online (I, ChelseaFC and he) and we called him to server and he said " I can´t play with you I´m Shote of Rockz.." so we kicked him.
I think, he will say " i have brothers and sisters"

He shouldn't be banned. He said it and explain why.
Everyone could do this mistake. If you do it again, so you are banned for that.

The committee is still working on this one. The language barrier is making communication difficult (or jano is just being difficult. I'm not sure which). Any additional evidence you have could help make this go faster. You might also consider applying to be on the committee, if you haven't already.
