or if you are running other programs that use up your bandwidth whilst you are hosting the serve or trying to play pb.

things like downloading files or instant messengers

If I'm understanding your post correctly,

a) You get lag spurts playing on a remote server.
b) Remote players get lag spurts playing on the server you're running off of your own connection.

What do these two things have in common?  Your Internet connection.  What type of connection do you have?  Is it shared?  Are you running bittorrent or something like that?  Are you on a wireless network?

I have played on your server.  It's either your internet connection or your server.

WIth my dialup connection, I can feel/see EVERY bit of lag on your server.

So the comment about "your internet services sucks" could very well be true.

u notice how he never does tell us his internet connection.  But couldn't it be your computer too.  I mean if your computer has like 100MB of ram your not gonna run a good server

Hitman007007: Please check the dates of the threads you're replying to.  Most of them are really old and no longer applicable.  2fast4u doesn't even run a server anymore.
