Kif
« on: January 18, 2009, 07:32:27 PM »
I dont know if this has been brought up before.
But is there a way to remove the action??
I have seen it been abused in matches and I have used it myself.

Thanks

Is it needed by the cheat detection?
If not, we could set it to a high level in the commands file.

What does this command do?  I don't think I've ever heard of it.

Go into a server and type it in the console.  I remember falling for it when I first started playing.  It should kick you from the server for cheating abuse or something.

I don't see how it could be "abused." "quit" is sufficient.

I found kif a long time ago by looking through the strings of paintball2.exe. Fun times. :P

Just for an example, In a match the opponent has grabbed two flags and has blown by you. He is about to cap, to avoid the cap against your team you type kif in the console and you are disconnected from the game. Preventing the cap.
