Quite. Some people really like quake 4, personally, I think it was more of a big graphics demo than a game. And the graphics are no longer amazing.

Press the 'Print Screen' button next to the F12 on your keyboard. Then open up a program to save it in - paint is good enough. Press Ctrl + V and then save it as either a .jpg file or a .png file

when you hit reply you will notice an

> Additionall Options...

link. Click it and hit the browse button, locate your file and hit post

If you have Windows XP or any other Windows version (not sure about Vista) then you desktop pic would be saved as a default into your 'My Pictures' directory, under 'My Documents'.
