modified content warning

Since I've put a foreign demo into my demo folder I'm getting the modified content warning. I've tried deleting the demo but I still get the warning.
What could I do?

Agreed.  Completely delete what you have and do a fresh install.

Just grab a full install and install it over what you already have.  I don't know that deletion is really necessary.
