I just downloaded it from The nexcon website and it gave me an error saying it couldn't read the file. So i'm re-downloading it

I currently have CSS DOD and HL2, Don't really like either of them. Warsow i've tried, but doesnt seem that great. Maybe just takes time to be able to go fast and stuff. I might try out combat arms. Any other Free games out that have good clanscene matches?

Combat Arms - tried it, took forever to figure out why my screen only stayed black, now after every match my screen turns black and i gotta close it. Also, there's no windowed mode, and thats the only thing I play in.

I played Combat Arms, but i got bored to it. It was fun at the beginning, but now it's just the same all the time.

Also Combat arms has a terrible cheat detection i've been told. Could people post some links to the games? And say if their free? A brief description would be nice aswell [ex: FPS or RPG ]

Based on the art style of quake2 but totally standalone, very fast paced FPS. Fast player movement but no new trickjumps, nice graphics if you have a good card. Currently there are no menus, only console. If you want a game, ask around in #quetoo on irc.freenode.net. Works on Windows, Linux and Mac OSX.

It happens to me too. It's not like it takes ages to start the game back up again though.

Combat arms is just way to easy, i feel like im playing 10 year olds.

Myers, you could always "get" games like fallout, FEAR2 etc. may not be online but they'll pass the time with there campaigns.

SkeeT has been asking me to play 2moons for some time. Anyone play it before? and is TF2 a good game to buy? or not worth it if i don't like CSS?

TF2 isn't really similar to CSS. I don't care for it, though. It takes far too many shots to kill people. Every class feels weak.
