Hi,

Since a while back i've noticed that I can't login in-game and in dplogin.
Everytime I insert my name it says that the name of the account doesn't exist, and if it accepts the account name, it won't accept the password, therefore I am not able to play.

I was thinking about creating a new account since this one doesn't work.

Soo I was wondering if I create one would it be multiaccount?
If it is since I gave you previous notice how long is the ban?

1) Don't create a new one or you'll be banned on the spot
2) Add a new profile with a different name and see if that resolved the problem.

First of all, don't create a second account at all. Thats what most people do when they forget their passwords or loose them. All you have to do is contact jitspoe and he will reset your password.

Navy, I believe he said he couldn't log in so he can't add another name.

Cameron, i helped assassin out last time with the same problem and he created a new profile with a diff name and it worked for him.

The problem is that it sometimes says that mmy acccount doesn't exist.

Edit your profile and make sure the login name is set to a name you have registered on dplogin.com.

I cant enter my profile...

It says my profile does nt exist...and I only have 1 name...idias

I meant when you start the game go to setup global login profile then CREATE PROFILE but before you do that add a new name on dplogin like for example: LOLZOR when you add that name create the profile and put the name as LOLZOR then try to login from there.

Again I keep getting kicked of the game after like 3/4 minutes.

I think I'll create a new account and deal with the ban -.-'.
Rather not play for 16 days than play and get kicked...

Really? On the website login? Sounds like you aren't typing something in correctly.

No. I press the "cancel" button soo that the login doesn't fail and I play like I have no account.
Still sometimes I get kicked of the server...

From the logs, it looks like you've successfully logged in today, both in game and on the website.

Yes I have...
I don't know what happened.

But this happenned to Xico too...today he couldn't login...always fail.

It could just be that the login server is backed up. There's probably nothing wrong with your account.
