Restricted Commands.

When I was playing I noticed the uneven teams and switched.  It didn't work. I tried it about 10 more times and it didn't work.  Every time I clicked 'Join Blue' it read up top "Restricted Command, Lev 50 Required"
Is that supposed to happen, is there levels now or something?  Did I miss something with the update.

A server can restrict the join command (or any client->server command) and so the server you were on did just that.

Some servers have this set so people don't switch to the winning side, but it's annoying when you need to switch for legitimate reasons.
