Bunker help

i just cant figure out how to make a normal bunker i dont know what brush to use or anything

Just like a bunker in this screenshot cant figure it out=(

Ok Now can some one help me out with my blue flag problem. For some reasing the blue flag caps it self and i have no bases set up. The red flag dosnt do this

You probably have the wrong teamnumber set on the blue base, or you don't have the game mode set up correctly in your worldspawn.
