Yeah sherman I believe there was something fishy with on3, campercamper, hulksomething, and surprise it was a family or multis I don't think it was ever resolved but I'm not sure where this guy comes in. It's just confusing.

I'll look around but I believe one of them's ping was alot more then the other, and I think on3 is a euro while elevator lives in Canada. (Pretty sure)

same thing that happened to me but i frogot my pw. at that time i never new about irc and couldnt do anything SO i HAD to make a new account if i wanted to play again. so i dont think he should be banned. becuase he can berly read english and probs never new you could only have 1 account. hes meddling brazilian.

Its also pretty weird how he types fine english to me.. but once he gets around other people, he starts to type like a foreign exchange student.
