recent problem to reply to posts

Hi jitspoe,

in the past week I have come across some problem here on the forums:  when I want to submit a post, it quite often says "you already submitted this post, maybe you hit the submit button twice" or something like that.. although I havent.  Besides, my posts dont show up, so I have to try several times to make the submit work.
Any idea what could cause that? Or fix?

Go into your profile, then "Look and Layout Preferences", and set "Use quick reply on topic display" to "show, on by default."  I tried to force the quick reply to be on so people wouldn't have to set it, but if it's not set properly in your profile, sometimes you'll get that error.  If you do get it, you can get around it by hitting "Preview."

I have that set to "show, on by default" already...  other suggestions?

I just reset the setting for everybody after reading your post.  Is it still doing it?

I had this problem aswell, not sure weather I still do. I'll see what happens when I post this. If I ever get the problem then I click preview and then Post form there. Irritating but sorts out the problem.

It just happened to me on this topic, haha. Im pretty sure it happens after youve just used the quick reply in another thread. Its like you can use quick reply twice within a few minutes, even if its in different threads.
