What format do they need to be in and what file do i then transfer them too so that i can access them in BSP?

md2 is probably the easiest format. There might be a blender exporter for md2, but I'm not sure. Alternatively, you can use the smd exporter + jalisko's smd to skm converters to create skm/skp files. That can be a bit complicated, though.

If you export the model as a SMD model, using the smd model exporter, you can use my SKM model converter GUI to make your models in a snap.
