Is the oldest thread gets looked at first rule still in effect? Every time you bump the thread you need to wait longer for it to get resolved.

Nothing is in effect now cos nothing is being done

. But no, old stuff goes to the back and rarely comes back unless amazingly some new things get resolved, or someone goes back through threads and just bumps them.
