Help with IRC/Chatzilla

How exactly do i connect to IRC in chatzilla? A list of steps would be much helpful. I got my new computer at last :) and i now have to re-download everything including IRC. All i can remember is that i have to /connect to globalgamers.net but i need to know exactly how to do so :)

Should i consider mIRC? ive always used chatzilla.

do /server irc.gg-center.net and you should be fine

mIRC is dodgy in my opinion.  ChatZilla is an addon to Firefox right?  What navy said should work, otherwise I'll have play around with it at home.  You could also consider using X-Chat, its great too :D.

KvIRC is a good irc client
NNScript is a good IRC client (i recommend)
mIRC eh eh client
NexGen IRC is a good client

There are many good irc clients other then chatzilla :D should look them up they're pretty decent.

NNScript is an addon to mIRC, so its technically excrement as well ;D

NNscript is nice though, I can't use my regular client, which is mIRC, without having the script running. It just makes it look and feel so much better.

I do agree that it makes it look a lot better and run that tiny bit smother, but mIRC runs in the background still, and without cracking it its just the most annoying thing.  I did crack it at one point, but then none of my scripts worked, so I sorta gave up on it.

Thanks guys i think ill stay with chatzilla (yes it is off of FireFox) im just used to it. not much of a script writer either.
