No need. There's a simple solution.
Right click your server icon (The one you dragged onto the desktop and opens the command prompt) and click Properties.
At the end of the "Target" box, add a space, then +set port 27910.
To make another server, do the exact same steps as the first one, but everytime you have to forward a port, select 27911.
Right click the NEW server icon, go to Properties, and add (space)+set port 27911.
In my own experience, it goes up to 27919.
