Where to find clans.

No, I'm not looking to join one (yet) but are there not like, official clans with there own boards?

All clans are practically official. Some clans have a website, with forums, but it's pretty rare. There are some such as:
http://team92.de
http://qehs.indiereview.co.uk
http://dp-ger.de
http://otb-clan.de

But on here, there is no specific board for a clan. :)

what 'real' clans do is they use IRC. If you want to look into a clan I suggest getting mIRC, and connecting to the GlobalGamers server. Then join the channels #team_s2k or #team_jb to find a to train with.
