Creating an account

Hello everyone! i cant seem to create an account for digital paintball 2 and having trouble! everytime i try creating one it tells me that i cant create more than one account! and i havent even registered an account! every time i play i have to play as a <newbie> how do i register my own player name! thanks for all help! :-)

Did you make the box with a 1. it asks you how many accounts you are aloud to register and you put in the box 1

 Only One Account Per Person
1. One. Uno. Un. Once you've registered an account, you can add multiple player names to it, so there should be no need for additional accounts. Registering more than one account may result in a global ban from all game servers.

it should have that mark a 1 in that box so it will be [1]
