- Add Color To Menus (Still Thinking About That)

- Changing Build16 To Build16K (Like In Console & Main Menu)

- Different Background In Main Menu

- Sound Tracks Of Your Choice (Just Ones That Play, Just Drag Your Music Into The Desinated Folder), The Audio Format Is Not Yet Decided, Which Ever Is The Easiest, Sorry

- Fix The Display Messages (Like When You Set It To "Only Eliminations" It Only Shows Eliminations)

- Scoreboard Spacing And Alingment (The C And Time Arent Spaced, Will Space And Then Align The Columns Apropriately)

well all that stuff really isnt necessary ;p,  changed Options to Optionz lol. I think someone should make an mp3 player that you can use within the game tho.

the whole sound track thing im talkin about, theres 2 ways im thinking of, well the easiest way, is to have the songs (mp3/wav, watever) play at the start of every round and end at the end of  the round, so there is no need for a menu in that scenario, and you could have a folder where you can drag your music into it;

the other way is to set up a menu and basically have the same set-up just you can play and stop pause them whenever you feel like;

now i could possibly do that once i figure out how the other paintball sounds are executed cuss im sure you could do the same thing with the songs, just be a little different, but im focusing on this more;

every other day im just toying around with paintball while im at school, because pc's are faster there, and me and twistdid have like 2 hours there so we have plenty of time to mess around with it, but yeah if there is anything that some1 wants done, as long as its fairly simple, seeing is how im not a "programmer" i might be able to help you out, but indeed there should be some kind of SoundTracks or (Trax) as  i was calling them earleir today when i tried and failed at it.

The easiest thing to do would be to use the "play" command, as this can be executed straight from the menus.  Sounds have to be in the .wav format.

play

Type: Function

Syntax: play (filename)

Description: Play a sound file.

Note: This command adds a sound/ prefix directory when executed, just keep this in mind when playing your own sound files.

Example:
play doors/dr1_strt.wav
play items/n_health.wav

Sounds have to be in the .wav format.

They also have to be in the sound subdirectory.

well according to what jits said.

that would mean your mp3 would be in sound/music/riding_dirty.mp3  (maybe...)

but it looks like you have your mp3 in music/riding_dirty.mp3

could be wrong there...

also another thing. does it support mp3's, and not just wmv's..?

EDIT: yeah jits beat me to it..

they have to be .wav not .mp3, so use nero or sumden to convert them to the highest quality you can make, theyll still sound good..
