New Site Layout Progress
« on: June 26, 2003, 08:29:51 PM »
Well, I've been working a bit more on the website layout -- got some spiffy new stuff added to the files page, like transparent tables!  This is really cool, but doesn't work in IE.  :( So give the files page a looksee with Mozilla or Opera.  'tis cool. :)

This takes full advantage of dynamic html -- no need to load a new page when you can just dynamically modify the current one to display a screenshot, right? :)

For me it's simply just resizing the thumbnail image and making it all pixelated, instead of loading the higher-res image associated with the thumbnail.  You might want to take a look at that  :P

just make the fullsize images twice as small--that should make it faster
