guntemp_inc - sets how much the bar increases per shot (bar is on a scale from 0 to 100)
guntemp_dec - sets how much the bar decreases per 1/10th of a second
flagcapendsround - round ends on a flag capture (note: with the new version, this won't end the round if there is another flag carrier)
flagmustbeatbase - the team's own flag must be at their base in order to capture the enemy flag.
