Problem with dedicated server.
« on: October 11, 2009, 01:40:35 PM »
I want to create dedicated server, because in game server is sometimes not accepting any connections. But when i run dedicated server with parameter +map shock it's showing window, and fast close it. When i run server without this parameter it runs normal, but i must load map with "map shock", then server is closing too. I don't know how to load a map :( . Oh, and i using build 28.

post a screen shot of your console when you have it up
post the configuration string you are using to launch your server

Try a map that's not shock?

edit: also try adding without quotes ">log.txt" after +map shock and then browse to the paintball2 folder and see if log.txt has any errors in it.
