Can someone tell me how to send messeages with different colour and and italic pls.

For color, do as the following things say in the console:

Hold CTRL and K, then hold SHIFT and A
(thats for the color red, other colors can be explored by trial and error)

For italic, again in the console:
Hold CTRL and I - then type your message.

For more information, please come to IRC or something. It's pretty hard to explain on the forum. ;)
