Narcism Jump Server - LAG?

Ok so the narcism jump server (the one that only has the Dop Jump map) its doesn't seem to be working properly for me. I am unsure if anyone else is having any trouble with it. I can hardly move, like there is a constant lag occurring. I have the 'disconnect' picture flashing at the top left of my screen (ya know the one that looks like a cable plug that appears when you lag sometimes).

Anyway i'm not quite sure if its just my connection is f'd up or there is something wrong with the server. This is not happening with any other server, and its only recently started doing this the past few weeks.
Maybe my connection settings to the server somehow got messed up i don't know.

If anyone can shed some light on this situation it would be appreciated. it sucks not being able to play dop jump when i get the urge

then why is the phone jack icon flashing when i'm in the server? do i have some setting wrong? or could they have moved server location? i just can't understand why its the only server that is causing me to lag like this. I use to be able to play in it fine.

i've attached a demo of me lagging just in case someone will know a way to fix it. i dont know

USA, Maryland... but i don't see why that matters since it worked fine before
