Solitude won't work for me. GL8 or something is too large. Help?

What happens to you? An error, a crash or something else?

Can you write the complete message?

We added a new anti spawnkiller .ent file for ub_rooftop on the speed server ;)

A player who touch the area below the flag of the other team will die now. Additional the console shows the message "NAME  is a spawnkiller! Play fair next time!".

Let us know how it works and if there are any bugs with it.

Maybe some more anti spawnkiller .ent files will follow, if this one is successful.

I do not know where to ask this question in this forum but why the [OTB] Speed server has so many lags?
Delays reaching up to 10 seconds!

This problem occurs _only_ on teh [OTB] servers.
I'm using Win7 x64 and Paintball2 build 30 and playing on the best server :)

Sorry for my weak English

Idk, we changed nothing on the server and our hoster cant find a reason for it. The only thing i noticed is that very often after a big lag a new player entered the game.

But delay is very strange: someone or (2-3 players) may hang in the air and hang there for five-ten seconds, and this often happens when you _see_ another player on the map.

We need to gather some statistics:

1) Log of server ping to some well-known service, such as google.com.

2) Log  players delays during rush hour (20 - 26 players).

3) Log of CPU loading.

Paragraph 1 and 3 == bad provider.

Paragraph 2 == blame the players.

Paragraph 3 == you need to fix game server settings.

This is just my IMHO :)

Can you write script that kicks/kills players, which killed 3 another just revived(less than 1 second alive) players in a row?

We have that script, but the kick thing doesn't work on the speed server.

Have you noticed that nobody is really using the OTB Speed server as much as they used to ever since that 3 second revive server opened?
