Hardware check failed

Hi, my friend Smokeman/tht/[TGA]Smokeman is not on a ban list and he has no cheats.. I wonder what the hardware check failed means.. Can the problem be fixed? What to do?
And if he has ban, WHY?

Hey if u are not banned you might be missing a driver make sure u have every thing right.

Now it shows Temp Ban. But hes not on ban list.

Maybe some of your neighbour hacked and got banned?

i am not banned and every thing from paintball should be all right, but i was kicked every new round because of the "hardware check failed".
what's the problem and how i can "repair" it?
