Menu making

I have noticed in my pball/menus folder there is a whole lot of text documents which configures menus. Just wondering on how to make your own menus. Or whats are the menus scripted in, is there any programs for making them? Anything helps.

There's an old tutorial on making menus. The script is jitspoe's own specifically for DP menus, nothing else uses it.
