I got some lighting issues (so i think), i have some pics but I'm also sure this might be my graphic card but I want to make sure. Is there any command to turn off lighting or something that might help this?

I'm not sure whether this will work or not, but try gl_brightness 0

You've either intercoursed with your textures OR got a problem with your video card OR something else someone smarter then me will say.

You can turn lighting off with r_fullbright 0, but it'll only work offline (on a server with just you). So make a server with max players of 1 and try it.
