If you'll be in Paris, eat lots of food, it's pretty much all really good. Scrounging fruit from a stand here then bread from some nearby bakery then whatever else from the market over there is pretty much a really great way to put together a meal.

If you won't be in Paris that's too bad!

Just go around cities with a note saying "DON'T DO MULTIS" in French. And visit folks from old BTF.

My shoe size is actually pretty small for how tall I am.

where in france?

We're on a barge cruise for about 6 days touring areas from the canals, then we'll have a few days to hit other places of interest like Paris.

Out of all my wanderings across this great globe Paris was the single largest let down. Hopefully it has changed since I was there so you can have some great memories of the city of love.

So far, the trip has been great.  I've gone around Paris a little bit.  It's amazing at night with all of the interesting lighting.  Most of my time has been in Burgandy with the barge cruise - lots of cool medieval towns and cathedrals.  I'm back in Paris now.  I'll have a ton of photos to sort through when I get back home.

We expect to see a few of them photos. If you like the medieval stuff your next trip should be to Germany. I loved all the castles and even the older towns with their country feel were the best.
