How do you create a clan?

Me and my friend have been playing digital paint for awhile now and wanted to start up our own team. The thing is we don't know where to start it up. I go to the join clan thing and type in the name i want but it says this clan does not exist. How do I create one and manage the members.

When you're logged in on dplogin.com, there's a link called "Create Clan" in the list of stuff you can do at the top.

Copy them into the hr4 folder (...pball/textures/pball/hr4/), not in the normalmoncler texture folder.
