The map looks interesting.
But there's one general thing that really bothers me. For me the map looks totally different because you used a wrong texture for the wall. Have a look a the following screenshots. I used fov 120 that you can compare it better.

Let me explain the problem. For the map you used the texture rockj1_2. It should look like this one (original low res).
In your screenshot we can see the texture city6_8. Here's a pic of it (original low res).
I don't know exactly why your texture looks different. Maybe you have a wrong or modified hr4 texture of rockj1_2. You should check your hr4 textures that you won't get banned.
Now there're two possibilities.
If it should look like your map, you need to use city6_8 instead of rockj1_2 in the mapfile, that all players have the correct texture you have.
If it should look like my map, the mapfile is ok, but you need to get the correct hr4 texture.
Now to the map itself.
You could add "maxteams" "2" to the worldspawn.
There're only 5 player spawns for each team. In my opinion a few more would be better, maybe 8 for each team. And please add "angle" "#" to the spawns, because some players are looking in front of a wall after spawning.
I'd suggest to make the second flag lower count if you don't want to delete it. Maybe one 5 points flag and one 3 points flag would work well.
Here're a few screenshots. Most of the stuff needs to be changed for both bases:
Red: Rotate this texture. There're a few more places like this all over the map that need to be rotated.
Yellow: Here're weird edges. Have a look at it.

Blue: Here're two brushes you can't really walk high about, because they're too steep. Flatten them a little bit. The right one is perfect

Yellow: Misaligned texture. Move the misaligned faces a little bit to fit them with the other textures.
Red: Add a clip brush here, that you can't hit under the lianes longer.
