Looking good. Nice to see that you used a few clip brushes.
Delete "teeam1" "blue" from the worldspawn to fix the warning while loading the map. You can replace it with "maxteams" "2".
Add "angle" "#" to your player spawns. It's annoying when you look in front of a wall after spawning.
And now a few screenshots with stuff you need to fix for one or both bases. You can ignore the graphic issues, it's a problem with my pball.
Red: For new players it's hard to get high here. There're a few other rough egdes all over the map. Maybe these edges destroy the gameplay and the gameflow a little bit.
Red: Here're two blue faces. The red base looks ok.
Red: I guess it's hard to see. You need to rotate the lamp texutes for some of this lights (180°). The green one looks ok (left), the red doesn't look ok (right).
Red: There're lots of misalignments with this wood texture. Have a look at it. I can't make screenshots of all misalignments.

Red: Move this texture. Lots of blue barrels are misaligned. I tried to make screenshots with all of them. The red barrels are looking good. Couldn't find a one misaligned red barrel.

All in all this could be an interesting map. If you can fix all the stuff I mentioned, I'll say that this map was a great job from you.
