I just recently purchased a phone off of craigslist. It's a virgin mobile kyocera Loft.
I tried to swap phones and it wouldn't work. I got an error message saying to contact a live advisor.
I already have a phone through virgin mobile with the BEYOND talk plan.
When I called virgin mobile, they had told me that the phone has a warranty on it from january 10th, but was never activated at the register. How do I go about getting this phone activated if I don't have a receipt from the retailer which is walmart?
