Hello all you wonderful DPII players!

I'd like to introduce the servers #team_i Insane has just recently received. Right now, we have 5 servers set up. 2 match servers, 2 pub servers and a Jump Map only server. These servers are the same exact ones as ch1ll/PBCup are. I think we have a better CPU though. Anyways, here is some info..

Processor: Intel Dual Core 2.8 1MB Cache per Core
RAM: 1GB DDR2 RAM
Storage: 120 Gigabyte Serial ATA Hard Drive
IP Addresses: 5 IP Addresses
Operating System: CentOS
Transfe:r 1200 Gigabytes Monthly Bandwidth Transfer
Uptime SLA: 99.9% Uptime SLA Guarantee

If you want, we might be able to rent out servers for a very low price. You can use whatever config you want and whatever map list you want.

Server Rules

1) If you are caught hacking or are on the Global Ban List, you will be banned for a minimum of 30 days.

2) If you disrespect anyone you will receive a warning, if you continually do it you will be temp/perm banned.

3) Respect admins, if not you'll be warned. If you repeat this you will be temp/perm banned.

4) Don't spam color binds or any other binds for that matter unless it is recon binds. Its annoying and lame.

Basically thats it. It took us a while to get these servers and they are still being worked on. We should have a !match trigger in #team_i on enterthegame fairly soon. Within a couple of days. If you are well liked by us, you might just receive admin.

Current Admins are:

Smokey - Rcon and everything else
SkateR - Rcon and everything else
BooMeR - Rcon
Rest of Insane members - lvl 300 ops.

Sorry, forgot to put that in. Theyre located in New Jeresy, same location as PBCup servers. Clifton, Nj i believe.

20$ for two 14 slot servers. and 12$ for a single 14 slot.

I seem to get a lot of "Local map version differs blah blah blah" on these servers for some reason.

Any server can lag under the right conditions.

But I'll say on the times I've been able to play there hasn't been any. (Europe)

There should be no lag, theyre pretty nice servers.

They are situated on the east coast, so the distance to Europe is not that far.
On the other hand, they have a good connection, so there shouldn't be any lags for (us) Europeans

True, Im pretty sure they are exactly like ch1ll / pbcup so if you dont lag on those you should lag on ours.

yeah, because it should be the other way round, europeans dont deserve reasonable pings, long live the west coast!

seriously though, gj skater + the rest of you guys, just hope you get an innovative maplist to keep things interesting!

Yea, we need to figure out the whole ftp thing. As of now only smokey can upload maps, but once we get it set up Im going to add my whole map folder to the server, then pick out the better maps for the rotation.

Actually, Some map suggestions would be nice.
