And well, I want to know what to expect from this map before downloading. If you look at all the other new-map threads, they have screenshots in them :) It will give us a preview of what to expect, and basically know what the potential of the map is.
I could download the map now, and think wow! this is an amazing map! But I could also download it, and think darn.. this is rubbish. So give us screenies and then we can make a quick assumption before actually downloading :D

This map looks pretty good.  One thing I did notice was the tops of the barrels.



You need to scale the texture up a bit.  That rim is supposed to be at the edge of the brush, like this:



It's a different barrel texture, but it's the same idea.

Edit: Oh, and remember to always use all lower case in the map file names.  Linux is case sensitive.

Edit2: I think there were some errors in your spawners.  Check the console when you load the map.

Sorry, i forgot to lowercase it, it was a reflex. Now that u say it i saw the errors 2 ill fix it as fast i can ;)

I eddited the barrels and fixed the spawn errors. Lower cased the name :P
Oh, and Jitspoe, the demo isn't working. I can't run it.

Looking good. A few more things...

There's already a map with the name aztec.


Red: Here's a small edge.
Green: Rotate the texture on top of the doors.
 

Is this correct? Looks for me like you still need to align it.


I'd add clip brushes here.


Here's a problem with the water. There's a hole between the water brushes...
I would also use an other texture for the ground. Gras doesn't grow in the water.


These planks doesn't fit very well. The right one is almost flying.


Small black triangles you need to fix.

More screenshots for the next beta. I'd also like to see the clip brushes then ;) There're some more places I didn't post screenshots from where they could improve the gameplay.


This edge is very hard to see. Have a look ingame, it's way more obvious there.

Good map, even if i don't like maps where teams have other bases.

I think, that you should add more jump, for example with that wooden bridge: There is a box near to it, and you are able to jump on it from water,  but you aren't able to jump on bridge.

And also make that map hard to spawn-killing, these spawn rooms are easy to toss/line...

Just so you know, there is already an aztec.bsp made by the infamous WvSoulja (no one in this thread besides jitspoe will remember that name).

As such, you need to name your map cs_aztec or something like that.
