Do you use IRC? Do you have a voice program like teamspeak or ventrillo that other players can contact you through? If not, I would suggest doing a forum search about IRC and how to get on it since this is where other teams contact each other for actual matches and to borrow a private server for those matches. Please understand that when you first set up IRC that it will tell you to register it and pay but it is a free program that you can use without doing so.
