Why the Czech republic doesnt have representatives in Committee?

Czech community is also large enough.

The committee decided to not base their decision on the nationality of the applicant but on how promissing their application and way of acting was.
Supposedly we were replacing two American and 1 European but by lack of "worthy" applicants the guys that voted chose to have three European in it rather than two Americans that most likely wouldn't be as good or as promissing.
