Nice distance.  Most programs let you crop images, so you don't have to post your whole desktop.  You can also shrink your browser window and use alt+printscreen to take a shot of just the window.

Yeah I know about cropping but I don't have any editing programs on my laptop, but I will try alt+printscreen.  Thanks
